LDMGA Board Meeting

April 1st, 2009

Meeting called to order at 7:05 P.M.

The Secretary's Report was approved

The Treasurer's Report: We have a cash balance of $759 at this time. The

report was approved.

Old Business:

Marlin Kleckner will print a new Information Manual this year and asked that

any changes need to sent to him. 

Don Ampersee met with Par 5 to discuss the survey. The number one concern 

of the membership was the gift certificates and the Proshop and we have a plan 

for that. We discussed the rest of the results and Par 5 is looking at their budget 

and what they may be able to do. I offered them space in our newsletter for

information they want to share with you. We are committed to developing a

better relationship with Par 5 this year.

The handicap computer is has a wireless connection to the internet now and we

are hooked up with GAM for our handicap updates. The score entry screens are

a little different. We will go over them at the Bloody Mary.

New Business:

Tom Vogeler asked us to inform you that the Wednesday Senior League begins

April 8th at 11:00. It is open to golfers 55 and older. There is more information on the

bulletin board.

Jack Kellogg suggested starting a STAG day in which a member could invite 3 

friends and play an event. Par 5 said they would have special rates for the Event.

The Event would end with dinner at the Clubhouse. Anyone interested in helping 

or has suggestions, please see Jack.

The Bloody Mary Scramble is Saturday April 4th. The will be a general membership

meeting at 8:30 and golf at 9:00.
