LDMGA Board Meeting

September 14, 2005

Lake Doster Clubhouse

Meeting called to order at 7:35 P.M.

Members Present: Fred Greaves, Don Ampersee, Jack Kellogg, Rick Zane,

Marlin Kleckner, Jerry Bray, Del VanBruggan, John Light

Members Absent: Steve Sleeman, Bill Mason, Steve Henderson

Par Five Present: None

The Secretary's Report was approved

The Treasurer's Report: Jerry Bray reports that we have a cash balance of $5375.

It looks like we will carry over about $1500 to next year.

Updates:

Member-Member: The Board voted to keep the present rule that the Event be

played at the lowest handicap index of the season.

Senior Member-Member: There were 33 participants this year compared to 42

last year. The suggestion was made to move the Event to the week before the

Member-Member in hopes of increasing participation in both.

Saturday Event: Ray Kuehl did a great job running the event. 28 players participated.

Couple Events: 14 couples played in the Labor Day Event and 16 couples played

last Sunday.

New Business: Three new Board members are needed with the end of Bill Mason's

and Steve Sleeman's terms. We also have to replace Mark Bond. Anyone interested

in running, please contact any present Board Member.

Next Board Meeting: October 12th, 2005 in the Clubhouse at 7:30 P.M.
