Don Ampersee, Steve Sleeman, Dave Fortune, Scott Rachel, Tom Vanherweg

Members Absent: Scott Cool, John Light, Steve Henderson, Jerry Bray

Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.

The Secretary's Report was approved

The Treasurer's Report: There was no treasurer's report. Jerry is working on

The 2009 budget.

Old Business:

Don Ampersee will contact GAM and Handicom to get prices for services

in 2009. We also plan on getting our handicap computer on wireless 

internet for easier handicap updates. 

The survey questions have all been approved and you will receive the

survey soon. We ask that you participate in the survey so we can make

plans to better serve the membership.

New Business:

The Board approved the printing of the Information manual for 2009. We

did not print it in 2008.

Scott Rachel will be in charge of welcoming new members this year. We

want to make a better effort making new members welcome and keep them 

coming back next year.

Mike Hills will work with Par 5 on developing a Junior Golf Program at Lake

Doster this year. Anyone interested in helping with this effort, please contact

Mike.

Below is the tentative 2009 schedule. There are some highlights that you 

should know.:

Rick Riggin will be coordinating the Saturday Events. If you would like to 

run one of the Events please contact him. Also, we talked about moving 

a couple of Saturday Events to Tuesdays. We had such a big turn out for 

Snooty, Snotty Event that we thought we could get more participation. We

could do this by cutting out 2 Tuesday league days and counting the best

5 of 7 scores instead of the best 5 of 8 scores for the League.

Dave Fortune and Mike Hills volunteered to work on the Tuesday League.

We still need someone to input the results into the computer, print and 

post the results and to coordinate with the Pro Shop. We could hire this 

done, but the cost of the League would go way up. Please let us know if

you are interested in helping.
