The Secretary's Report was approved |
||||||||
|
The Treasurer's Report: There were two holes in one last month by Bob Green and |
||||||||
|
John Coombs. Jerry Bray estimates that there will be about $3000 in expenses left |
||||||||
|
by year end. Last year the Fall Banquet cost $1500. We may not have enough money |
||||||||
|
to pay for the whole meal and beverages. A decision will be made October 11th and |
||||||||
|
we will inform the membership. The Treasurers report was approved. |

The Board voted to move the Senior Member Member from August to September |
||||||||
|
next year. |
||||||||
|
Tom Jacobs suggested a change to next years Member Member called Six Pack. |
||||||||
|
Instead of auctioning off the teams, each team would decide how much they want |
||||||||
|
to spend in $100 increments. Each $100 would get the team into another Pack. The |
||||||||
|
Board will discuss it further next month. |
||||||||
|
Don Ampersee did some analysis on the second day of this years Member Member. |
||||||||
|
The 48 players were divided into four equal groups. 13 players had handicaps of 0-7 and |
||||||||
|
averaged a net score of 74.54. 12 players had handicaps of 8-10 and averaged 77.58. |
||||||||
|
12 players had handicaps of 12-16 and averaged 77.08.11 players had handicaps from |
||||||||
|
17-23 and had the lowest average of 73.64. Also, taking the 48 players best scores on |
||||||||
|
each hole totaled 45. The highest score on each hole totaled 126. An 11 on hole 11 was |
||||||||
|
the highest score, |

|
Don Ampersee reports that the top ten stabbleford point getters for the Tuesday League |
||||||||
|
were 1. Tom Jacobs, 2. Dennis Carman, 3. Tom Morin, 4. Ray Dertz, 5. Gary Stewart, |
||||||||
|
6. Scott Cool, 7. Joe Langkamp 8. Tom Vogler, 9. Mike Lee and 10. Dean McBeth. |
||||||||
|
It appears that all ranges of handicaps were evenly represented. |

New Business: |
||||||||
|
Four Board Members terms end this year and we are looking for members interested |
||||||||
|
in running for the Board. Let any current Board Member know if you are interested. |
||||||||
|
Next meeting is Wednesday October 11th at 7:30 in the Clubhouse. |
