Fall Classic will be held on 10/3 and 10/4. The chili
cook off is Sunday. Event being run by John Light.

cancelled.

Discussion of Snooty-Snotty event. Outreach to Phil
Baker to see if he plans to run the event.

Discussion of "Ryder Cup" style event with another
golf club. Mike Hills to pursue this.

Discussion of rules presentation from GAM
representative in 2010. Board approved. Mike Hills to
coordinate.

Discussion of incidents of scores not being
entered in compliance with USGA rules. Several initiatives will be
undertaken to enhance awareness of the requirement to be compliant, and
the importance and duty of each member to protect the
field.

Board Members will alert other members that rules
infractions will result in penalties.

Greater scrutiny via audits of events scoring and
posting protocol.

Informal discussion with members to enhance peer
pressure.

Possibly audit of Par 5 data to GAM data for
missing scores.

Discussion of Board Members with expiring terms
this year. The only member who stated he will not continue was John Light.

Board members are encouraged to reach out to members
to identify volunteers for Board Seats and report at next meeting or advise
Steve Sleeman or Rick Riggin.
