LDMGA League Members,

We are off and running with the first week of the League completed. I am the

League Chairman this year and I want to let you know the procedures we will

use to determine winners. I will set up the Tuesday in the mornings by putting out

the scorecards for the 9 that we will be playing and the clip board with the special

event that we will play. I'll also put out a sign if the handicaps have been updated

since the last Tuesday. Tuesday night I will audit the scorecards and post the results.

I will give that information to Dave McConnell, who will determine the winners and inform

the Clubhouse staff so they can make out the gift certificates for the weekly winners

and the cash envelopes for the event winners.

We are down about 12 League members this year so the pay outs had to change from

last year. The pay outs will be posted on the bulletin board. If more people join, I will

update the pay out schedule.

In order to make the Tuesday league run as well as possible, I am going to ask

for your help. The most important element of the procedure is the scorecard. I am

asking for your help to provide me with an accurate and legible scorecard. Below is

a Tuesday scorecard checklist to help you with this request.

1. Post the scores by hole on the first line and the total for the 9.

2. Make sure you know your correct handicap.

3. Post your handicap in the Hdcp box.

4. Circle the hole numbers that you receive a stroke on.

5. Post your net scores and the total for the 9.

6. Post your Stableford points by hole and total for the 9.

7. If you did not have any net triple bogies, check your Stableford points to the Matrix

posted on the bulletin board.

8. If you signed up for the special event post your partners name and their Stableford

points if possible.

9. Ask another member to attest the card.

10.Put the card in the Tuesday league card box by the computer.
